Supposed to repair enamel, but not sure whether or not it does. Seems to put a coating on my teeth but I am certain it quickly dissolves over the course of the day. So it's brush/re-apply/brush/re-apply, but no strenghtening involved - sorry. Still, it's fairly cheap and last a long time.
