I love these lightbulbs so much. The warm golden color and softness, when used sparingly in a dark room, give a glow very similar to fairly bright candlelight. I use these exclusively in my lamps and avoid turning on any other lighting in my apartment because the glow is so warm and cozy and comforting. 10/10 would recommend.

Hard to find amber lights that are at a reasonable price. For less than $20 a package of 6 can be had - about $3.33 per bulb. The longevity is undetermined as these lights are new to me. My plan is dusk until I get up and turn on the inside lights. Therefore, the lights are not burning unnecessarily which should increase the longevity. Shorter summer nights will offset longer winter nights. I calculate I should expect about 3 years of nightly use. I have 2 outside porch lights but bought a package of 6 bulbs so I should be good for 9 years. The lights are beautiful and just what I was looking for.

Out of the six bulbs shipped, two were shattered in the packaging. I'm not sure what I expected having light bulbs shipped to me. Other than that, they look and function great. I just wish the replacement policy was easier so I dont have to go through the process of returning broken light bulbs when most of them are intact.

I bought these to go in my vintage fixture for that 'farm' look. Fits the requirement beautifully. The light is bright, clear, and warm and looks much better than a standard bulb could for this location. I plan on putting these in some of my lamps, too.

We found a switch-operated outlet near the ceiling in our previously unlit main entry/hall, so all we had to do was wrap these lights around the beam and plug in! Very bright, plus a cool look to them. The rope is thick, so it contributes to the great aesthetic.

Fits my Sputnik light, bought the light from lowes and one of the lights was broken. Searched everywhere for a matching one and found these. Good value

These bulbs were a gorgeous amber color but generated an excessive amount of heat within seconds. Immediately removed and started a return since they would have been above my bed and I'm not a little duckling that needs a heat lamp.

I was hopeful and thought it would be a more calming, less-bright light. Without being under a shade, it's difficult to look at this light. So, unless you want this for a place where you want bright light, don't buy. Good quality though and very well packaged. I returned it only because of its brightness.

You may also care about efficiency, cost and most importantly spectrum. If you care about lighting in general it is a good time to be alive- so many chouces. But this is just a review about an old technology incandescent light bulb right? Without a doubt. And there are usually better LED choices for every application except a very common one - exposed bulbs which must be dimmed. I cannot find a 120Volt LED bulb that dims smoothly from full brightness to complete darkness. My requirement is simple but LED bulbs do not operate this way despite the marketing spoof. Incandescent bulbs are perfect for this.The element in this design is simple and modern and shows well in glass fixtures. There is also a subtly darker area at the center of the globe that tends to reduce glare. I hadn't noticed this feature until the lights were turned on. They are well made and well packaged. If you care about lighting this incandescent will impress you as much as a dumb bulb can. That is why.

Great price for 4 of these amazing bulbs! Usually one of them costs as much as this 4 pack :) very bright yet warm, so not overwhelming and just the right amount of light
