The product contains NO milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, yeast, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

I only take these when I think I need the immune support to fight off and avoid something. I feel like I do notice taking these.The capsules are just a size level up from a typical size. Not difficult to swallow. When new, there was a slight residue inside the bottle (yellowish tint and these capsules are yellowish) and sometimes a bit of transferrance in my pill organizer box. Maybe there was a faint smell initially but I could not place it. After just over a month, I no longer detect an odor.I always eat something first before taking these, a meal, not just a snack. I feel like I notice the impact of these on my system each time.

It is just too early to tell if this supplement is definitely, without doubt, helping my body recover from a day's workout or if my body is adjusting to my workout regimin. I will say, however, that I seem to sleep more soundly and awaken with more vigor. I am not a doctor, so I do not know if this supplement is the reason why. According to online claims, Quercetin and Zinc are supposed to boost someone's immunity to diseases and curb the effects of allergies. I cannot say either way, only report what I have experienced during these two months of taking this supplement.

This is an ultimate energy booster and I think a menstrual cycle booster! First of all zinc is like a magical supplement, whenever I feel run down or like I might catch a cold I take zinc for a few days and I either have a way shortened cold or I dont get sick. Also the boost of vitamin C is going to be a great help for immunity as well.Quercetin is known for helping soothe menstrual cramps so I'm happy it includes a high dose of that as well.My one concern is that there is no Vitamin K2, which is essential in absorption of Vitamin D3, so make sure you supplement that some way
