Excellent Build Quality
I'm trying this office/gaming chair after others that are more expensive have broken down in various ways after months of regular use. My first impression is that the build quality is simply fantastic for the price. My first clue was the thick, heavy box it arrived in (three days early). There's PLENTY of padding on the seat and back. the armrests are comfortable, too. They definitely put a focus on lumbar support. All padding is pretty firm at first but I'm hopeful that it's an indication that it'll last a long time.Assemby was so simple and quick. I didn't have any problems getting screws to align in pre-drilled holes. All of the parts were there and individually wrapped. It came with the one tool needed. They couldn't have made it any easier. I spent a leisurely 15 minutes assembling it. There was at least one minor misspelling in the instruction manual, but that doesn't bother me a bit.So far, I definitely recommend this chair to those who work from home regularly. I'm looking forward to putting it through the paces and seeing how it holds up over time.

I'll give it an 8/10 >>> Updated to 7/10
I’m gonna give it an 8/10. I use it as a chair for working at my computer desk.Just received it today so really should wait a while to review. New chairs always feel better at first because you are not sitting in the same alignment and that tends to put less stress on the same places over and over again. After a while the new chair may not feel so great. The packaging was not encouraging. The first thing I noticed when it was delivered was that the package looked like it was not new and inside the box was a mess of opened plastic wrapped parts and ripped plastic bags as if someone had returned it and the box was taped up and resold. Outer box tape was partly missing. That always bothers me when it is sold as new. There were some scratches, but amazingly nothing serious considering that chromed legs and other heavy parts were sloshing around in the box while it transit improperly wrapped. Some of the pieces were bubble wrapped and some others of the same parts were not. Very strange. But I liked how they did the connectors and the assembly tool. That was clever. Also the assembly manual was well above average. Fortunately all parts were there.Assembly should take you about 1/2 hour or 45 minutes if you are mechanically inclined, maybe longer if you are not and if you are a complete novice you should probably ask someone to help. It’s very straightforward and the manual gives good instructions. Most of the fit was pretty good, I had one bolt hole that had stripped threads and could not be properly tightened. Everything else worked well.Quality was good for most of the parts. I think the biggest apparent weakness is the thickness of the plastic upholstery. Seems thin and easily torn although I think it is pretty on par with what you see these days. Not sure how long it will last.Seems very comfortable so far and all the adjustments are working as the should. Overall design seems like they had a good idea what they were doing with respect to making it body conforming and comfortable. There are some nice touches. Been using it about half a day. I’m satisfied so far.==UPDATE A FEW WEEKS LATER==Really happy with this chair. I have tried about 5 different office chairs over the last couple of years and this is the only one that leaves me with no back pain even though I have been sitting in it much more than usual over the past few weeks. Really well designed from a comfort standpoint.I saw one commenter talk about the arms being loose and saying that you can't fix that. You can fix it. There is a nut inside of each arm that you can tighten and make the arms as tight as you want. You can tighten it before you install them or, if they loosen up after you install them (they do a little bit over time if you keep raising and lowering them), you can take the arms off and tighten them again. You could probably install a lock washer on the bolts to help prevent the nuts from loosening. It's not a big problem.=== UPDATE A FEW MONTHS LATER ===As other people have noted this chair does not roll well. I have come to find that this is its biggest weakness. There is a flaw in the design of the bottom part with the wheels and it does not roll smoothly. The wheels drag sideways rather than roll and it is hard to move. You will need to put something under it to protect the floor because it will dig scratches into it if you don't. I had a piece of sheet metal I put under it and it even scratched that up.Other than that, the upper part of it is great. Very comfortable compared to other chairs I have had and I tried quite a few.But because of the pretty serious design flaw in the bottom part with the wheels, I revise my rating from the original 8/10 to 7/10.

Very pleased with this purchase.
In truth, right after I received this chair I saw a much more plush office chair for a very similar price and thought I'd made a mistake. However, I have come to truly appreciat this chair and am very pleased with it.Naturally it takes up much less room than a more plush piece of furniture, and is very comfortable. It is comfortable, sturdy and looks quite nice.I spend a lot of time at my desk and an now very pleased wth this purchase.

Very comfortable desk chair!
Easy to assemble, my 14 year old son put it together. It's very comfortable even when sitting for long periods of time. I would buy this chair again.

Comfortable chair, good for the price paid.
Decent chair for the money. Wide, well-padded seat, comfortable. Good, properly-padded armrests. The base is solid, but the seat feels a bit loose and has a lot of play rocking side to side. Everything has been thoroughly tightened. The lift cylinder lasted about one year before it began to slowly leak and sag. It's not terrible yet, but you have to stand and pop the seat up every hour or two. Looking for a replacement cylinder now.

Best Chair I’ve Ever Purchased
The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this purchase! The chair is extremely comfortable. Assembly wasn’t bad at all. I followed the video to a tee and had it done in about 45 mins. The comfort level far exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the price!

Do not buy!!
Do not buy this chair. Terrible quality - didn’t last 9 months! Seams came out - crumbling seat - total waste of money.
