Dexter style wedge lures.
As described. Acts the same, or almost the same as the lure they are styled on. And they do indeed catch fish. Especially Mackerel.

Yes, you can cast these a long way but the quality is poor and most of them have lost or have severely damaged the 3D effect (which is a sticker) on the body.
