Diamond Select Toys Marvel Premier Collection Thanos Statue

I could not be happier with this purchased. I purchased it in Used condition, and the only thing off a little was the box (a little banged up), but the statue itself was perfectly intact, with all the additional pieces, and was ready for display! I'm extremely happy with how this turned out!

Nice, detailed and big

Amazing purchase. Bigger and heavier than i thought it would be. Had to send it back and get another because the first time a got it there were some chipped parts and there was a missing a rubber band for the hand attachment. Otherwise it is awesome!

Awesome piece would have been 5 Stars if not for two of the stones on the Infinity Gauntlet of the peace I received we're not painted. Also it's a line work on the collar is choppy. Otherwise great sculpt.

Not only am I a Marvel fan but a Thanos fan as well.He is one of my all time favorite comic book characters.The first time I saw this truly amazing statue I was so mesmerized.The sculpt,detail and paint job is perfect!! I love the base he's attached too,the weight and size of the statue as well.For any Marvel/Thanos fan or collector like me...Then this amazing work of art is a definitely must have!!

Thanos The Mad Titan is here and he's awesome to behold.This statue is a must-have if you're a fan of Thanos, it's going to be the centerpiece of my collection. Personally, I love the old school comic book look over the movie sculpture.Size: This statue is huge he easily stands about 14 in tall with his arm outstretched. Is also quite heavy because it's made of resin. I'm guessing it weighs about 8 lb. It's heavy, don't put it on a glass shelf!Sculpture and details: I personally love the sculpt and the paint work is really good. I think it's pretty cool how they give you some options for how to display Thanos. You have several different versions of his gloves some without the Tesseract or Infinity Gauntlet. I also love the malevolent grin on his face.Good stuff is you get a certificate of authenticity with the Statue that shows your number in the series of limited edition 3000 that they made. Size of this statue for the price really can't be beat. I don't think you can find anything like this for under$200 from other Statue makers.I've attached some photos to show the details and certificate. I rate this statue 5/5 for the price.

La figura es, a falta de otras palabras, impresionante.Trae 2 pares de manos intercambiables. Unas "normales" y otras 2, una con el Cubo Cósmico (derecha) y otra con el Guantelete del Infinito (izquierda).Acabados increibles, embalada perfectamente.El único fallo que se me ocurre es que creo que debería traer otra mano con el guantelete para ponerlo en lo alto (se que en los comics, lo lleva en la izquierda, pero quedaría mas impresionante así)

This was released quite a few years ago, so I was surprised to see it offered for sale again on Amazon.ca--and for quite a reasonable price. The Premier Collection statue line is generally not bad for low end collectibles. However I find many of the items, even the good ones, often seem to be slightly off in some way with regard to sculpt or design. However, for anyone looking to add a classic Thanos to their collection, this offers an excellent, comics accurate sculpt and is one the best looking Premier Collection statues I have seen.Having said that there are a few issues to be aware of. As is usual with items on the low end of the collector's market, the paint application is somewhat lacking, but acceptable. Do check carefully for damage--the first one I received had to be returned due to a small chip on the collar. Another reviewer on Amazon noted that the left hand switch out did not fit properly and was loose--the one I returned had the same problem. There is an Infinity Gauntlet switch out for the left hand, but it's a bit pointless since the gems aren't clearly visible due to the arm position (might have been better to have had the left arm raised with one hand switch out holding the Cosmic Cube and the other being the Infinity Guantlet?) I'm displaying mine with the Cube as that was the McGuffin at the heart of the first Thanos story arc in the early 1970s--one of my all-time favourite comic stories.Despite the deficiencies, I'm pleased with it. One additional thing to note: since my purchase, the price inexplicably increased some $60+ Canadian to approximately $180.00-$185.00. Your mileage may vary, but I personally do not think it's worth that much.
