Oustanding Customer Service
I purchased this stapler at the end of March and stored it without opening it until a couple of weeks ago when I decided to start using it. However, I was disappointed to find that the unit I received was completely dead. Although the battery charged as expected, nothing happened when I installed it in the stapler and attempted to use it. Even the LEDs indicating the battery charge failed to work. Unfortunately, as the 30-day return window on Amazon had already passed, I couldn't request a warranty through them.In my frustration, I reached out to the manufacturer via email as instructed in the product manual. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from them, requesting short videos demonstrating the stapler's operation. After submitting the videos, I received an apology for the inconvenience and a request for my address to send a replacement unit. After waiting for a week, I finally received the new unit, and I'm pleased to say that it has been working flawlessly for me ever since. I must commend the manufacturer for their outstanding customer service in resolving the issue promptly. Moreover, this stapler came with everything I needed, which was a pleasant surprise. It included staples, nails, a battery charger, and a 20V Li-Ion battery. I also appreciate the safety feature it offers, ensuring that you can't randomly discharge staples. You need to be pressing on the material for it to function, in addition to pressing the trigger.Overall, despite the initial setback, the exceptional customer service and the comprehensive package of this stapler have left me satisfied. It performs its intended function flawlessly and provides the necessary safety measures. I would highly recommend it to others in need of a reliable stapler."

a good buy
Because this nail/stapler combo was 30% less expensive than most comparable tools and was not a brand name, I was hesitant to buy it. When I did buy it I immediately tested the tool to see if it worked as it should. I used a 1 ¼ brad to nail into a 2x4 with no problem. The nail was completely set. The same was the case with the staples.Certainly, for molding and simple DIY projects, the Bielmeier combo will do the job. The battery is small suggesting that it’s life may be shorter than normal. The tool is not a construction oriented one as it does not nail larger brads or nails. For the value, the Bielmeier stapler and brad nailer appears to be a good one. I am glad I bought it.

Horrible
This nailer is horrible, my baseboard project paused because of this, it ruined my boards.it did not even nailed the soft mdf board to soft drywall. 10 out of 5 nails either twisted or did not nailed in completely. Sometimes stucks 2 nails together. Nail magazine keeps coming off.Nice loking device with good weight, I wish it was working but it didn’t.I got a ryobi nailer after this, slightly heavy and 3 times the price but I use the same nails and it did work every single time.Do not buy this device.

Functioning well but not all 1/4" staples fit
I used it for a few projects using 18 gauge 1-1/4" nails as specified by the product brochure. It worked really well - powerful and easy to operate. It is a great tool. I wanted to try the 1/4" crown staples in 1" length. I bought Dewalt brand 18 gauge 1/4" but the staples were a little too small. The wider staple in the attached photo, which works well, was included in the staple gun package. I am wondering what brands of 1/4" would fit this staple gun. I wish the product description includes the compatible staple brands.

No issues
Read some reviews about people having issues. I have used this with both staples and the larger nails and never jammed on me. I would just suggest to use a scrap piece of wood if you have it so you can get the dial set correctly (the dial that adjusts the driving power for the staple of nail).Only thing I don't care for is there are no removable battery which means once it's dead, you have to plug it in and wait, can't just put in a freshly charged battery.

Practice First!
This is a very nice light duty nail gun. It does a nice job on baseboards. Quarter round is tricky because of the lack of flat surfaces. My best results came from holding it flat on the floor and nailing straight in. Also, make sure you follow the use directions - hold the top firmly as you fire. Failing this will result in the nails not going fully into the work, which is a nuisance, and sometimes getting two nails to launch at one strike, which is annoying. Take a little time before using to practice on scrap - you won't regret it.

Get What You Pay For
You can’t expect much for a cordless brad nailer at $90. It started off fine and after the first 10/15 nails, all hell broke loose. I would be able to get about 8/9 nails out and then the gun would fire blanks but still had nails. I would open the clip and the nails were either jammed or crooked. I would line them back up and then the same after a few fires. You also could not hold many nails at a time. One the 3rd day, the clip broke entirely and would no longer clip in. If you really want a cordless brad nailer and plan on using it a lot. Spend the money, if you can deal with the frustration and use it sparingly, this may be the one for you
