Double to Single D Handle Cable Weight Workout Pulley System

This has been a great piece of equipment that have allowed me to change my hand positions on a number of exercises. I use this on a police system as well as machine equipment. It does exactly what it does and it works wonderfully. It’s heavy duty and I have no fear.

This weight attachment is very good quality, it is durable and affordable. It functions great for my weight machine and makes it easy to grip while working out. The black color goes well with all my other equipment! Overall a great purchase and just what I was looking for.

When you need to combine both weight stacks for added weight this adapter plate works perfect. Prior to having this I would simply connect both stacks clips together and then attach my bar. The problem I noticed with this is that the cables are not pulling inline with the pulleys and are basically rubbing against their respective side of the pulley. I don't think this is ideal for long-term use. With this adapter plate the cables can pull inline with the pulley eliminating the weird angle. I've used it with all 3 center pulleys and the holes in the adapter plate match up perfectly. Highly recommend if you own an FT2.

It's a good, solid hunk of steel with what seems to be a quality electroplating job on it. Three, 3-inch carabiners come with it; a plus, but I really didn't need any more clips...though you can't have too many. Another review mentioned the misalignment with the existing cable system, but extra carabiners--good quality ones are only $1 or less each--flip the angle 90 degrees. Even better, I recommend a couple of SELEWARE Bearing Swing Swivels from Amazon. Those allow unrestricted rotation at the attachment to the cables. I consider that essential for single-handle exercises in order to allow wrist rotation for a more complete, unrestricted range of motion. Have used the RIMLUFE Double to Single D Handle system only a few times so far and with weights only up to 230, but I'm confident it will stand up to years of work.

I bought an Inspire FT2 (the same functional trainer shown in one of the product photos) back in early 2020 (ahem), but was quickly annoyed at how little I could do with standard accessories because of the double cable system even in it's centerline. I'd seen a Canadian retailer describe something like this, but couldn't get it delivered. Lo and behold I find its twin listed here. Works perfectly, provided you can figure out how to chain two carabiniers (hehe)

Great accessory for my Ispire FT2. It allows versatility in some of my exercises.

This adapter is great for a home gym that uses isolated pulleys. This increases the configuration tremendously and is small enough to be out of the way. The only small problem is that it scratches very easily using the different link elements. If you’re not worried about that, all good. Hope this helps ya.

Heavy duty very thick. Metal carabiners are awesome. Highly recommend paint has held up very well for six months of almost daily use.

This has been a great addition to my fitness accessories. I have a squat rack and have to improvise using my added cable system. It's also portable so I just throw it in my gym bag and have use of it at other gyms
