Read Between the lines
This book is very interesting and an excellent addition to ones esoteric collection. As with all public texts she constantly conflates Black/American/Phoenician culture with African/Moor conquests while unconsciously exposing how contradictory this notion is considering Africans sold and enslaved black matriarchs to fetish the moon/menstrual and reptiles(earliest mammals ancestors) and assimilate them into their religious voodoo cult that has branched into the colonizing religions of today. I recommend Black females decode this book as the author is trying to imply that women in eastern(african asian) cultures are described as Black in a mythical sense vs the literal sense in America which I find laughable yet I am not surprised because American Black women have never been given their own mythology and are assumed by historians to be the traumatized offspring of eastern women who are not only opposite in culture but physicality and craft as well. The book can be insulting or programming if one reads without proper knowledge of the creeds she conflates as African when they are in fact BLACK and the line of Yam not Ham.

Revealing Wonders of the Sibyls
This book was absolutely amazing from the very first page to the last. The retelling of the wondrous stories depicting the Sibyls' impact on our world was an incredible eye opener and journey into history for me. I am very new to the study of African Spirituality but this book show that Mami Wata may have begun in Africa but her influence and impact was throughout the lands. Also, I found am learning how to heal from the intergenerational traumas caused by the horrors of the Diaspora. Mami Wata helps us to help our children and families to heal from Post Slavery trauma, while growing in Spiritual Wisdom. I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading Volume II.

More than history its herstory too.
I can't wait to read vol 2. Very very interesting history that goes back further then typical coverage of same culture, filling in a lot of questions I had for years. Thank you Mama Zogbe for your research.
