First, this isn’t even a samsung! Second it says it’s unlocked but if you scroll to the very bottom you will see it is only supported by T-Mobile and att.. I asked for this phone it thinking it was a samsung and that I could use it with my Verizon SIM card. Now it’s past my return window (it was given to me as a gift) if the deal is too good to be true then it usually is not a good deal. Lesson learned. 0 stars

the packaging and its accessories all very well but the phone 📱It is very expensive for what the phone is worth, a Samsung has the same price and you can see the quality. I just don't agree with the price because it's not worth it

I regret having bought two of these phones. it is slow and misrepresented. i actually believed it was Samsung untill i received it. Games and other apps cannot be downloaded on this phone. Sooooo disappointed. I will never buy another phone on Amazon.
