Needed a retractable leash for our 15 lb. Shih Tzu as we are moving to an apt. complex. This arrived quickly with the bonus of the waste disposal bag holder. The leash itself is more ribbon like material so if your fingers get caught in it, they will not be hurt. Locking mechanism works well - retraction of leash works well. I would recommend this product.

I was shocked how expensive Flexi leashes have gotten. We own two Flexi leashes for our 7 yo Pug and 2 yo Cavachon. When it came time to buy a third for our new Shih Tzu puppy I immediately had sticker shock, so I started looking at the cheaper alternatives to Flexi. This Fida leash fairly equal in quality and functionality to the much more expensive Flexi leashes, and it works great. No regrets buying this over a Flexi.

This product is very sturdy and allows your dog to explore and run a little even if you don’t feel like it. Some people recommend having a short leash for training you dog, but this gives you the best of both worlds and the poop bag dispenser is great-I never have to go back to the house because I forgot to bring a bag.

I found this to be the best purchase for a quality leash with many cool features that are cheap. I have two big dogs and moved into apartment living. These leashes have longer lengths for your dogs to explore and play while having control. The leashes are durable and made of good quality. The only thing I didn't like was trying to find a comfortable and out-of-the-way place for the poop bag clip. It's larger and bulky that doesn't have a good placement for the leash. I just got rid of the poop bag holder with a more accessible clip. I think it's an easy step for a great leash.

Quite a big difference between a xs and s.

So far so good. My 75 Lb golden doodle has snapped a few of these types of leashes. He tends to pull when I walk him (yes I know....he needs training...a lot of training). When I first opened the box I thought it looked pretty flimsy and expected it to break within a few days. But it’s held up great, lock function works well, it retracts smoothly. Great value. Will update if the pup destroys it.

I love this leash! Let’s my fur baby “run” but feels nice and secure. Grip is adult hand sized (an issue on many leashes designed for toy breeds). And I know I’m not the only one who likes it because everyone else looks for *this* leash when they are taking Himself out for a walk (and we have lots of others! Lol).

I purchased one blue and one red and I love them! The leash lock secures into place easily with one hand and the product is sturdy but not too heavy. This leash is extra long so my little 4 pounds dogs have lots of length to run around when no one is around or when we are in an unfenced yard, but I can still quickly adjust the leash when other people or animals are around which is super convenient. I am so happy I ordered the one with the fabric leash instead of the cord because the ones with a cord/metallic rope seem much more dangerous to use and the retraction is not nearly as smooth. This was a great buy!

Pros: Super cute in pink and white, extends and retracts easily, locks and unlocks easily.Cons: My mom has a 13lbs chihuahua and has the Small -16ft one and recommended it. I have a 10lbs papillon and 16ft is just too much leash for her so I got the XS which is 10 ft. The part of the leash that you grip only fits 3 fingers, the 4th is squished on top of another finger. I wanted a shorter leash because it's a smaller dog, my hand isn't smaller. Why would you make the grip smaller so a regular person can't fit their fingers in it? The one my mom got is great, the one I received is not.

I purchased , took out of box & instantly returned. Unfortunately this leash has no grip at all ( don’t even think of using it with mittens … I live in Ontario Canada is freezing now ), it’s a shame because it’s a beautiful leash and colour and the lock feature works very smoothly but I jsut can’t get past the handle ! It needs a more tacky rubber like the Kong Brand retractable leashes.

This leash is amazing!!!! I can’t write on durability as it was received yesterday, however my rambunctious 6 month old shepherd would make walks unbearable with the pulling. Two minutes into this walk, she was walking by my side. I have tried gentle leaders, no pull harnesses and nothing worked. We walked an extra twenty minutes because it was such a good experience after dreading the daily walk. Highly recommend!!!! It feels heavy, the rope is very sturdy.

Leash broke within 2nd use by my 12lb non reactive dog after he just slightly tugged when he jumped onto car seat. How can it be so easily broken? I had to return and get money back. Waste of time. Good thing he was not on any main road when this happened. Also if your hands are big, the handle may be too small for your hand to wrap around.

I have a pug that thinks he's a pitbull. We walk by the river and it is not a off leash area so I thought that I would give this kind of leash a try. Since I have only used a regular leash. Thought I would give him more leeway on his walks. Like it so far.
