Was hoping they will fit my 7.5 yo daughter as so many girls at her gym wear this style. I bought the smallest size available. Unfortunately, these shorts were gigantic on my daughter and I had to return. She normally wears size 7/8 and these were several size too big. I wish someone had kids sizes.

Extremely comfortable, but I would definitely recommend sizing up. They fit higher on the waist for me. The material is soft and breathable, like swimsuit/waterproof material. One side pocket on the inner layer.
