Landau Scrub Zone Unisex Relaxed Fit 2-Pocket Drawstring Cargo Scrub Pants 85221

I have a 35" waist, so I got the M for a 32-35 waist. The scrubs slip down from my hips. The drawstring is totally useless in that it doesn't go around the waist - it terminates somewhere a couple of inches in from the slit. As such, it doesn't tighten the scrubs at all. Both the cargo and rear pocket are very shallow - so you won't be securing anything in there, save some scraps of paper and/or paper money. The fabric is nice and light, and very comfortable; inseam is about 31-32" and is fine.( I'm 6')..I'm retired and not a medical professional; I just got these so I could throw something on and go out and relax in warm weather. Even at this M size, they're not useful for going out, so I'll just use them in house or to bed. I don't see how a medical professional could use these. :-(UPDATE: Thought abt some other reviews, and 1. the cargo pocket is 6x6", and 2. rear pocket is 5 1/2x5 1/2". Both pockets are flush; my cell phone fits fine in cargo; not much more room available for keys and the like. Further, 3. the drawstring doesn't go in 2". It loops between the slits; hence, it really doesn't tighten. Sorry

THESE ARE HUGE! I am an overweight dude and have always been an XL and I swam in the XL. It's ridiculous how big they were. Obviously, try a smaller size than you think you are, but if the XL's are that big, I wonder if the L's are even too big.
