Yes, I have. It took some electronic intuition to get everything plugged in correctly, but that's just a matter of looking at the shape of the ports. It works like a charm.

Q: 63X30 desk - Says load capacity is 240 pounds. Will motor lift that much? If not, how much will it lift?

Yes- it will lift easily 3 monitor and a lap top in it. No difficult lifting it up and and down.

Look in the back of the directions for the troubleshooter guide. You might try YouTube if you haven't already. Amazon CSR's are very friendly but not much help. I do love my desk, though.

When the table is stationary, its load-bearing capacity is 176 pounds. When the table is moving up and down, it can accept 110 pounds on it, which is much heavier than your monitor.In fact, we generally do not let the table bear so much weight. For the life of the table, try not to put unconventional things on it, such as people don’t sit on it, haha
