NOT IMPRESSED
The toilet paper holder is the WORST. It took us an hour to get one on and I completely expect it to be ripped off the wall within the month. I threw the other one away. Sadly, I bought two of these kits. Prepare to be wedged underneath the toilet paper holder with an itty bitty little ratchet trying to turn it an 1/16 of an inch at a time without being able to see it and it intermittently falling off the wall because the lip (that is minuscule) detached. Also, the towels bars are suitable for a Barbie house.

Pure Trash
The design for the installation of the toilet paper holder alone might be the stupidest engineering ever coquetted. Does not properly tighten to the wall no matter how big of an anchor you use. The roll holder itself is flimsy plastic that won't be able to handle long term use. Unfortunately I am beyond the return window so it is going straight in the garbage.

There's a special place in hell....
...for companies who make this type of decor and require the tiniest baby Allen wrench to assemble it.Why can't you use a Phillips or flat head. This is the most frustrating and ridiculous installation. My hands are all cramped up from trying to screw these things together.Even tried using torque and Allen wrench bits with a screwdriver and none of them seemed to match the one this product requires. They look good, but not a great experience.

Do not use the template to drill your holes
I spent some time perfectly leveling the template. Taped it tightly in place. I used a punch to give me the center point, and drilled a small pilot hole before removing the template. I then proceeded to drill the 9/32 hole for the anchors and seated them with a hammer. I went to install the wall plates and the holes do not line up. I had to offset the bottom holes as to not break through the wrong holes. This causes the towel bar to not be level. I'm not happy that I have an extra hole in my fiberglass panel. Yes, I caulked it and the base covers it, but every time I look at it I'll see that it is not level.
