I purchased these for my grandmother who I'm taking care of. I was pretty sure they'd work for her snoring but I was not expecting myself, who doesn't snore, to start using these. I have a long history of battling a stuffy nose of in my sleep. Now that doesn't sound bad but when I go trough 2 breath rite strips per night it gets costly over time. Other option is sudafed but I taking sudafed every day for long periods of time can't be good for me. So when I went to show my grandmother how to use them, I put one of them in my nose so she could see how they go in and I was all of a sudden pleasantly surprised that they opened up my airway and kept them open. I was so happy that they worked so well for me that I helped my gramma find her size and I took 2 pairs of my size to my room. They've earned a permanent spot on my nightstand by my bed and I'd been using them every night since. I haven't woken up not being able to breath through my nose even once since I use they're at night. The best part is, they'll last forever if you're careful with them. No more burning money on disposable nasal strips or killing my liver taking sudafed every night.If you're issue constructed nasal passages...whether they're causing the snoring or not, there work and they were a genius idea by whoever invented these.I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this product! I have a very narrow nasal passage and have snored for years much to my husband's dismay. I bought this product after my daughter purchased it for her husband. She swore up and down that it STOPPED him from snoring and she couldn't be happier... I finally broke down and bought them for myself and I am happy to report that they work wonderfully! Not only did it stop my snoring but it helped me to breath better! I noticed in the morning when I took them out to wash them that I immediately felt what a difference they made in my breathing through my nose. I highly recommend to anyone with breathing issues or snoring issues to give these a try. They come in a variety of sizes so you should be able to find the one that's just right for you! I would also like to say that the seller's customer support department is stellar and answered all of my questions before the product even arrived in my mailbox. Great product! Very pleased...

My snoring has been a problem during my pregnancy and my husband was not loving it so I decided to try these out for him. He said he actually noticed a huge difference! So they do actually work, but my issue is that I tried every size and none of them were actually comfortable to wear. I didn’t try cutting them like the say you can so maybe that could have helped. But I either removed them while sleeping or they fell out because they were always gone in the morning. Good concept but I couldn’t work them

These are AMAZING! I have always had trouble breathing through my nose. I have tried Breathe Right strips and nasal spray. They were ok but either wouldn't stay taped on or wore off quickly. My doctor put me on a CPAP machine to help me breathe at night but I still had difficulty breathing at night. I exercise regularly but struggle with the lack of oxygen. Once I received these it changes everything! Once I found the correct size my life was changed. For the first time in years I wasn't forcing myself to breathe through my nose. I use this at work, at the gym, and with my CPAP machine. Once in place, with proper fitting, I can hardly even feel that they are in. I have fewer headaches, and in general just feel better now that I have found something to help me breathe. These are great! They arrived perfect, are easy to use, easy to clean, and worth every penny.

I purchased these before traveling with family who complain about my snoring. These must have worked because other issues contributed to them not getting enough rest...my snoring was not on the list. Thank you very much. It takes getting used to and thankfully there are different sizes. I discovered you don't have to go with a very big size for it to work and be comfortable. For the price I think it's worth a try. It may make a difference for you and your love ones.

These nose vents are reasonably effective for me. Of the various sizes and styles provided, I have two that work reasonably well. It has taken 7-10 days of use to get comfortable with them, but I can't help but think these are easier to adapt than a CPAP! My husband says they have eliminated about 95% of my snoring, so that is a huge improvement. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and hope they remain effective for the long term.

I have been using the soft style (next to the smallest size) for a couple of weeks. It helps with nighttime nasal congestion - I have allergies. The "basket" style irritated my nose and made it sore - not sure who would use those. I wish I could now order several of a specific size and not the present box that includes five that I will never use.

Bought these after using nose strips for a long time. These work just as well if not better and they do not leave marks on my nose. These nose vents worked well. It came with two different types of vents, some were cone type and the others were more straight type with ridges to help hold into nose. I tried both types so far and I like them both. I may like the cone type a little better. Now I just got to settle which one I like best and just order the one that fits best. I will need to find out from the seller if I can just order the size and type I like best.
