I absolutely love this chainsaw. Its alot quieter than normal chainsaws. And the power...oh the power. Well it is el fineto! Shocked me when I first started cutting. Power, safe, better for environment, ease of use. I would highly recommend. The batteries are better and easier than dealing with breaking your back trying to start a gas mower.

Great saw only down fall is battery doesn't last long enough

I ordered this to take down some 12 inch diameter birch trees. The saw does come unassembled but that was not a big deal as long as you understand you have to run the adjuster to the minimum setting to get the pins to line up when you put the chain bar on. Now the pros: the saw is lightweight seems to be well made, quiet, with a decent amount of power for its size and did slice through my birch trees with ease. Now the cons: the batteries, the batteries, the batteries … Forget the advertising hype I don't know what they were using to get as many cuts as they say they did but it's a bald-faced lie. I made exactly 6 log Cuts on a 12 inch diameter tree before I had to put the batteries back on the charger. Worse is they don't seem to offer any higher capacity battery options for the saw which it is in desperate need of ! they should at least offer 6 or 8 amp hour option. It's a shame that such a well performing saw has to be hampered by substandard battery capacity.Edit:since my initial review I'm increasing it to 4.Stars I made a lot of cuts now and it has held its own quite well. I wish I could give it 5 stars but you can't get past the low battery life. I priced a new set of batteries and it turns out, it's the same price just to buy another saw. So that's what I did. So now I've got an extra set of batteries and an extra saw. Win-Win in my books. I am surprised that there are no third-party aftermarket batteries for this thing. If anybody finds any please post a link to them. This company doesn't make anything larger than the 4 AH batteries it comes with.

This product worked great but on fully charged batteries you only get 10 minutes use before you have to recharge. tried to inquire about buying additional batteries, very bad information and could not tell if they were the correct batteries! Customer Service is non existant.

I am so pleased with this purchase!!! When it arrived I found it very easy to assemble. I charged the batteries and the following day I filled it with Bar / Chain oil. I had a maple tree that had blown over the previous year about 10'' in diameter and a leaning pine tree about 12'' in diameter. I managed on one single charge to buck both them into about 2' sect. and remove all the limbs. I was very surprised !!!! I did not expect that. I recommend this product for people like myself. I live on 1 acre in the country where I may have one or two trees here and there that need attention as well as trimming branches too large for a trimmer

I purchased this saw in April of 2023 and have rarely used it. I does cut like a beast, I have no complaints about the power and ability to cut. However I have one of the two batteries that will not hold a charge. Since the product is only about 6 month old, I feel I must have gotten a bad battery. I can charge that battery and within 30 minutes with no use, it needs recharging and the saw will not run. Their battery for this chain saw is about 60 dollars, so be aware.I had to update this so here we go. The company contacted me and said they would send out a new battery. They got my address and the battery never showed. I had to buy one in order for the saw to work. That added another 60 to the price. My advice is to buy a more brand name saw where more batteries are available at a discounted price. If either of the batteries get low on this thing, the saw will not run Just so you know. I decreased this due to poor customer service that Lied to me.

Great chainsaw: easy installation, super easy chain tightener, cuts fantastic, and has plenty of power.

I was hoping that the video and description was accurate because I thought this chainsaw would be good to own. My first reaction to the chainsaw was great. When I received the package my first step was to charge the batteries. That being done , I went to put together the chainsaw. The chain was in a plastic bag and had to be unscrambled, no problem. Putting the chain on the blade was easy but I had to loosen the tightening screw so that the blade could be screwed to body, no problem. Finally I put the chain oil in the reservoir and put the charged batteries in place. The chainsaw worked like a knife thru butter. It was easy and safe to use. I sawed thru a 5” log with ease. I’ve only had it a short while but it has exceeded my expectations.
