I never purchased these with the Boston Logo, they were Golden State. They are inexpensive and made of metal.

NO! Do not SHOWER wearing this necklace. It will eventually tarnish. As a rule of thumb, one should NEVER wear jewelry in the shower/bath unless its REAL gold, silver or platinum. And gold-plated jewelry does not count either.
