Results almost better than HQ
It works in addition to your pigmentation routine. It’s very gentle and doesn’t clog your pores. Compared to other options with cysteamine, you are getting a bang for your buck. It does stink because of the strong metallic smell but it’s a wash off so it basically doesn’t matter IMO. I am fitzpat V. Give it a try.

It must work if it smells this bad!
Just got it today. Im using it to lighten my underarms. I recommend wearing gloves because my hands smell like burn tires AFTER a through hand wash. I hope this works!

It doesn't work!!
Save your money!! If you're looking for an alternative to hydroquinone this is not it. I used the whole tube and it made my skin worse. It smelled so horrible that it made me lightheaded. My skin became blistered when I used it locally and left me with dark blotches.

It smells like rotten eggs, but it works
My dermatologist recommended to use another Cysteamine product, which is almost 4 times more expensive than this one, and I used it until it ran out. I had good results. It takes a while to get rid of sunspots and cysteamine helps a lot. It's a lot of work (you have to do it once a day and keep the product for 15 minutes and then wash it away (and it smells bad, but I think it's worth it.I decided to try this product on my arms and wow! In a matter of 5 days I started to see great results. I guess it was because my arms are usually more protected than my face these days (even though I wear sunscreen on my face daily)

May be similar to more expensive cyspera
Not sure yet. Purchased because my dermatologist recommends cyspera, which contains 7% cysteamine. It costs $170. This product contains 5% cysteamine and costs $50. I'm hoping to get similar results at a lower cost. Have only used for 2 weeks. Can't tell yet if it's working.

GOODBYE dark marks!
Like everyone else, I tried Vit. C serums thinking they were the solution to my dark spots. PIH and the stubborn post-acne spots. I am OBSESSED with this stuff. I'm on tube 4 or 5? Nothing has helped more than this prewash treatment. I LOVE the crazy-intense sulphur smell, but that is obviously not universal, so HUGE warning to anyone who's sensitive to that smell. But ohhhhh does this stuff work. Will shout from the ROOFTOPS how effective this stuff is, and I'm also super happy to support a brand like USRX.

Over 3 1/2 months of use 1 or 2 times a day, no noticeable difference
I have been burned on so many things, I think I have a pretty low bar of expectations, but I had hoped for better results
