Westinghouse 6783600 One-Light Outdoor Wall Fixture, White Finish, White Glass Lens, Round

Nothing I've done around the house has made me so happy for so little money as this light. It has a classy "nautical" look, so clean and neat. The glass that covers the bulb is sealed all around with a rubber seal. Yes, you do have to unscrew 2 screws to replace the bulb, but if you use an LED bulb you won't need to do that often. It was easy to install--connect the black & white wires to the fixure and the green one to the junction box. In an outdoor location, caulk all around the base (use the $4 acrylic DAP in the blue-and-white tube for outdoor use), but that's easy and very little mess, smooth the caulk with a wet finger. Don't forget to turn off the breaker first.

This is a nice fixture. Seems to be well made and installed easily. I used A19 LED bulbs. This created illumination in half of the dome. An incandescent would work better. I don't see an easy fix to this issue due to the profile and design. I will continue with the LED for the projected cost savings.

Using these for closet lighting with 9 Watt LED bulb. They are sturdy, really well made and affordably priced. Recommended

As advertised, no problems as others reported. Only thing was it was missing a washer which I had another. But for the price, not going to complain. Installed bracket and connected to power, it works. Not much else you can ask for.

Bought 2 of the round one's last year to install after painting the house. Just got around to installing, should have been an easy 1-hour job since it was a remove & replace. Took 3 hours due to the fact that the small bracket that attaches the light socket to the metal base is the wrong one and causes the light bulb to extend over the sealing edge. I even tried a small 40W light bulb but it interfered with the cover seating properly. I was going to show more pictures but its a waste of time. Pic #1 you can see bulb extends well over the mating area for cover to install. Pic #2 cover won't fit. Pic #3 after repair of the fixture. Pic #4 wrong bracket, Pic #5, spin bracket and rethread wire. Pic #6 moved light enough so the cover will install. Do not buy these! Poor construction/assembly, you & I should not have to disassemble the product to make it work! We did try all styles/base length of bulbs we could find at the big box store.
