This is a terrific little product. Ohura is perfect for those that want to know the gospel, but don't know how to read. I can't imagine how useful these devices will be for taking on mission trips and handing out to those that want to hear the Bible. The directions that came with Ohura were very simple and easy to follow. The only thing that took me a sec to figure out was to hold down the volume/skip button to change the volume. Other than that, it was super easy to use right out of the box. I'd give it more stars if I could!

Featherweight device--surprising how lightweight it is- Can load other sermons and Mp3s onto it if I'd like- Private listening--awesome for when I'm on the move and don't want to bother people with a loud-speaker (e.g. hiking)- Looks like a common bluetooth player. Doesn't stand out.- I like the NRSV. Nicely balanced text.Cons:- Learning curve; it takes a minute to figure out (e.g. holding down the forward and back buttons adjusts the volume up and down).Overall, super cool little Bible player. Definitely a must for missions outreach, especially when serving non-literate people.

I have many types of Audio Bible Players, CD's MP3's, and downloaded versions on my phone and the Ohura is by far the best to me for on-the-go. The four stars is only because the volume could be higher for noisy environments. I like this particular player because it has no headphone wires, no connection to a Bluetooth device that must be carried with you or close-by to remain in range. Just charge it, put in your ear and go. It fits securely in the ear and over the ear. The Micro SD card included is removable and interchangeable. In my opinion, this is what makes it stand out above the rest of Bible Players on the market. It gives you the ability to load a different translation of the Bible you may prefer over the pre-loaded one. I did this by purchasing a Micro-SD card and loading my preferred version from my music library. The only glitch I have found is when using another Micro SD card and connecting the player to charge it keeps playing, even in the off mode. I alleviated that by simply pressing pause after putting on charge. The buttons are simplistic, forward and reverse buttons also control the volume, which takes no time to figure out. The price is very reasonable, allowing me to purchase a spare for when mine is charging and even more for family and friends. Thank you so much to the developers of this one-of-a-kind player!

Love it. But two problems: the plastic piece around the outside of the ear is very fragile and probably won't last longer than a week. Second problem is that the volume is low and so this has to be firmly in the ear. But I like the fact that you can take the memory chip out and put on your own recordings or prayers. I put on a version of bible that wasn't dramatized. It is easier on the ear when people aren't shouting etc. Great price and a great tool for evangelization. I put the Rosary on it and some litanies as well as meditation music. (Oh, I went to Ebay and ordered some strong over-the-ear supports and it doesn't fall out of my ear.)

This little device is amazing. It was very lightweight and fits comfortably in the ear. The device is small and portable, making it very travel friendly. It puts out decent volume and can play for a lengthy period of time on a full battery.I've worn the device while driving, sitting around the house, and walking outside; it's much more comfortable than it appears. This device will make for an amazing ministry tool anywhere you can imagine. It stays put while working, running, sweating, and everything else I've put it through. I'm convinced this would be perfect for any mission outreach in areas where the population can't read or there is hostility towards Christianity.

Great product!The first thing I did when I received my player is see how easily it would fall out, it does not. Very comfortable fitting. It stays in better than my Bluetooth!The controls are easy to use and it lasted for a little over 4 hours on my first use without charging it.I love the memory card style, I plan on reusing this for years to come.

Great product! Customer service from seller is phenomenal. Device is easy to use and comfortable to wear. We are using it with my special needs siblings who can read but find it much easier to hear it audibly. Great tool to help those who desire to know more about the bible but need assitance.

I would suggest this to anyone looking for a great Christmas gift for a party exchange or Christmas shoe box gift! This device is a great size for me(small) and my fiancé(big) He just got a new job with a 2 hour drive so we are excited to finally fit his bible reading into his schedule. But really it's for anyone that wants to read more but never does.
