I'll be quick and to the point with this review... if you are looking for small construction toys for a cake-topper these are what you want! I have seen plenty of "cake-topper" quality toys and they are all very cheap, throwaway plastic, but I was very surprised to find these to be largely made out of metal. Very realistic looking, adequately durable, and enough moving parts to keep a curious kid entertained. We ordered these for a cake my wife and I made and I have to say it didn't disappoint. The cake was a HUGE hit, and the little dude loved playing with them afterwards! 100% satisfied with this!

I bought these for my son's 3rd birthday cake. They fit perfectly on the cake and my son LOVES playing with them. The signs are flimsy and we broke 2 parts off of the trucks within a day, but that doesn't seem to matter. They were the best birthday gift I could have given my son, broken or not. So that is a win!

Perfect cake topper! Kiddos love them! Still playing with them after 1 month. My 2 year old is very rough with toys but these trucks have been holding up very good. The signs were very flimsy, and the translation doesn’t make sense, so we just threw those signs away after the party.

The media could not be loaded.  I decided to buy this set because we’ve own the “BUILD ME Tractor Sand Playset, Creativity Toy Sensory Bin for Kids with Lid, 2 Lbs of Sand, Construction Site Figures, Mold Set, Sandbox Kit” and they have identical cars that they were so great for our 2 year old son’s little hands, we decided to buy one additional set of these for outdoor play, and the 5 pieces construction set here is almost identical.This packaging is so much better than the other set that includes the sand. Just be aware that these does break apart unlike what they advertised. They are fixable because they have joints that are connected like the excavator arm etc.Pros: We use it for sandboxes with real sand got from Sandtastik Sparkling white sand and kinetic sand, sometimes we pour water into the sand box and these cars are strong enough to last after soaking into water. Our favorite one is the Skid Steer Lift Up car, small but it’s detailed and hard to find this one in 1:64 scale from other brands, excellent for small hands!Cons: 1) The construction signs stickers are all off-centered, I had to do the labor and place them correctly 2) These cars can come with rough corners, we had to sand off edges and bottoms for safetyOverall we’d highly recommend this set, because their size is perfect for the little hands and we love the materials that added more weight onto these cars which help the little hands playing compare to other small plastic construction cars.

These toys were the perfect size for a 4-in cake! They felt sturdy as well, so they should be able to withstand 3-year-old hands :)

Has Very small pieces.

We used these as cake toppers for my sons birthday and they are the perfect size not to big but not to small. Once his birthday was over we just washed them off and now he uses them as toys. They are very durable and the moving parts make them fun for my son to play with. They are slightly bigger than hot wheel cars.

This set was value for money and my grandson loved it.
