Needs to be carefully attached to the arm
This is my second one bought as gave the older one to a family member. The original had a loose armband which always worked and this one incorporates a curved plastic sheet to help hold it to your arm but unless you position it absolutely right, it gives an error message - very sensitive until you get used to it.

Pain to use
The wrap around arm band has a fixed shape thing inside it making bloody hard work to get it tight ! This many times brings up an error readingNo I wouldn’t buy this again I was more stressed using it 👎 the electric reader works ok though . Not the arm band it’s pants.

Cuff makes it unusable
As others have said, the hard plastic insert in the cuff makes it all but impossible to get a tight enough fit to get a reading.

Accurate, easy to use
3 person memory , easy to use but can be tricky to get the hang of the cuff, would be better with a standard cuff.

This item does not work correctly and when it does it gives false readings
This item is faulty and only works when it wants to and gives false readings. we have contacted the supplier who has not responded.
