A lightweight grill pan ideal for griddling meat. Heat distribution is very good. The handle is attached very firmly. Steaks are cooked beautifully. Searing stewing steak, pork, or chicken chunks for steaks or pies is quick. And importantly the pan is cleaned easily in warm water with a gentle detergent. Pan is dishwasher safe, but I much prefer to wash non-stick items in warm soapy water with a sponge, and this pan cleans beautifully and easily by hand.

Recensisco solamente per far presente che ho acquistato questa bistecchiera nella sezione warehouse di amazon. Veniva indicata in ottime condizioni con lievi imperfezioni sulla superficie esterna. Di fatto mi è arrivata una bistecchiera deformata, come da foto che allego. Finisco col dire che spesso si fanno buoni acquisti dell'usato amazon, ma altrettanto spesso si viene ingannati dalle descrizioni degli oggetti, descrizioni che sono a dir poco superficiali e spesso fuorvianti.

Hab die Pfanne jetzt länger in Gebrauch und muss sagen die ist echt gut !Das Essen klebt nicht , die Pfanne ist auch nicht zerkratzt obwohl ich meinen Mann erwischt habe wie er mit einer Gabel da rum gespielt hat … also Test bestanden!
