They sent a USED refill
Product was used when it arrived. I bought the original car air freshener when I was in Italy, and it lasted 6 months. This time the scent faded after just a few weeks, so I think it was already previously used by someone else. Bu the time I realized this, I couldn't send it back because I had already thrown the packaging away. $27 wasted

I love the scent Its great. Problem is it doesn't last very long It becomes faint quick on Design is nice and the way to hook it on car is nice just not strong enough for the price
