I really found nothing special about this product as it sits in the pre workout realm. Standard energy, focus , and redness as others. No jitters and the flavor was like drinking a spicy energy drink.

I really enjoy the taste of this product. I alternate between the peach rings and this. Works well for me. Would definitely recommend. Great for a tad bit more calorie burn.

The Mango flavor is disgusting. The other flavors may be better but I'm not chancing it.
