I bought it for dorm cooking. It’s perfect! Especially for prepare food for 1-4 people. It’s easy to control and the heat is good! Moreover! It is so cute!

So cute I love this I use it everywhere sometimes in my room. I love the color reminds me of Hello Kitty. I’ve used it multiple times on steam, stir fry, boiling noodles, etc and it heats up fast. It’s also easy to clean and super non stick. Nothing ever sticks to the bottom and sometimes you don’t even have to use oil.

I bought this pot for less two months and used it for less five times but now it cannot heat anymore!!!!! I don't know why but it cannot heat anymore!!!!! I doubt about the quality of this pot. It can only be used for five times????!!

Not happy with this product! I’ve only used it 3x and it stopped working already. I made my purchase in March 2019 and it’s now June 2019 and it doesn’t work. I was in the middle of frying some meat and suddenly the heat stopped. I checked the cord and nothing seemed to work. So unhappy and I’m past my return window. Don’t bother with this one.

My hotpot came with a defect on the lid. I emailed customer service and they sent a new one out. The customer service is just as amazing as the product. I can’t wait to cook with it!
