Draw-Tite 75703 Max-Frame Receiver

2011 E350 XLT installed in under half hour with the help of my 6 year old son. Every bolt and hole lined up perfectly. Instructions are written very small and not intuitive. But was able to manage to make heads and tails of it.

Item arrived with damaged box but hitch was ok except for a small scratch, but hey, it's a trailer hitch! All fasteners were in a Ziplock bag and taped to the hitch and arrived fine. Used a 2x4 and my floor jack and lifted the hitch up and installed the bolts as per instruction diagrams. This hitch fits several different models so you need to pay attention to which diagram you use. The 3 holes per side that the diagram said to use lined up perfect but so did a 4th hole. I went to the hardware and got 2 more bolts and installed an extra one on each side. What the heck! The slight "V" shape of the main round beam of the hitch is perfect to allow the spare tire to fit with about 1/2" clearance. Installation total was about 45 minutes by myself. Couldn't have been easier! Very happy.

Didn’t quite fit my 95 e350. It sets about 3-4 inches under my bumper. 4 of the 6 holes lined up. Had to drill 2 holes. Of course it’s bulletproof. I had to find a longer hitch to be able to use it. Luckily I had one. I do recommend this product and shipping was fast.

I have been a draw-Tite product user for many, many years. This hitch is just another example of their quality. Fit, form and function is perfect. Now, after that love fest, I will say I should have taken the other reviews about shipping a little more seriously. As mentioned by other reviewers, my hitch also arrived without a box or any protection at all via UPS. The extremely thin (1 mil.) plastic bag that was supposed to hold all of the mounting hardware, that was unprotected, and just taped to the frame, had ruptured during shipment. One bolt and one washer was all that was left. Also, there were many dings, dents and deep scrapes that either cracked, flaked or gouged the protective powder coating. Living on the beach, on the Oregon coast, any flaw in the powder coating WILL allow rust to enter UNDER the coating. Amazon customer service sent me a replacement hitch, and it was shipped in the same way, but with a little more tape on the bag of parts. They miraculously survived the trip across country..... It would really not take too much to put the hardware "inside" the square receiver hole and use strapping tape to hold them in! My UPS driver still can't get over how this was shipped, and wanted it OUT of his truck as soon as possible because it was sliding around and "damaging" other peoples goods.......!
