My wife tells me it really helps - it helps break up the congestion from her sinuses and ease her headaches. Its worth trying.

There are different brands but this is the best. I went to pharmacy in Japan and asked pharmacist which cooling sheet is the best. The pharmacist picked this for me and she was right.I almost wanted to remove one star because of the price, tho. It is about $5 in Japan. I wish that Amazon also carries the bulk pack of 64.

Sheets are crumpled and missing 1/3 of back sheet, meaning those already-peeled 1/3 parts won't cool.

This was a gift for my mother who used my wifes one and loved it. The shipping was super fast and my mom said it was great. If you have a muscle pain and need something to help this is a good choice.

Good for headaches but also used to soothe shoulder and neck muscles through the night, as ice packs don’t last long enough. They aren’t as cold as ice packs, but they last a very long time.
