2.5" Full Lift Kit for Jeep Wrangler JL JLU 2/4 Door 2018-2022 (Unlimited, Sports, Sahara, Freedom) Front and Rear Suspension Leveling Kits with Coil Spring Spacers with Sway Bar Link

I was real excited to get a lift for my jeep and this appeared to be a very economical one. Even though it wasn’t a name brand one I thought I’d give it a chance. I learned my lesson with this one. First off it didn’t come with instructions, after reaching out I was emailed instructions that came from the Rough Country company. This wasn’t a Rough County brand of lift. There were parts that had no explanation as to why they were there and what they were for. My rear sway bar links were shorter than the factory ones so that was a waste of money. There were no front bump stops so I will still need to purchase a pair of those for the front. The front shock extension brackets had all of the holes drilled in the wrong location which I had to modify in order to fit. Overall I’m totally disappointed in this product and wish I would have gone with a name brand. I would stay away from this particular lift unless it’s all you can afford and have the tools to modify. It has now been three weeks since I put the lift on. Today when leaving work, one of the front sway bar end links snapped off. I have not taken this vehicle off road yet. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of purchasing a kit of this brand. It will save you some worry and headache. I ended up just putting the factory ones back on.

The sway bar link broke about 30 days after we purchased it. We are being told that it can’t be returned after 30 days, but it has to be covered by a one-year warranty under the Magnuson-Moss warranty act, which is a federal law. We are demanding a refund and to be reimbursed for the cost of replacing your defective part. Please respond within five days.

This is not a bolt on kit! The parts are poorly made, specifically the welds. The parts are not squaring up correctly with where they are suppose to fit. Your shocks would be offset. Having to drill holes in order to make them fit correctly is not what I call a bolt on package! Poor fabrication, the kit is worthless to me. I dont care how long it took to get the install appt, I still want my money back. Contacting Amazon, If I were them I would not endorse this product!
