I ordered this lacrosse massage ball and double lacrosse massage ball in order to help with trigger point therapy after heavy back workouts. I was slightly skeptical, but these lacrosse balls are amazing! I am able to hit every point needed with precision, unlike a foam roller. I am now working them in after every workout to help release the acid buildup and allow my muscles to fully recover. As exercise balls go, I would highly recommend these to anyone.
