Bobby Flay 2-pc. Stainless Steel Skillet Set

These were included as part of a 10-piece set purchased about a year ago. I love the weight and size of these pans. Also love the handle design. Very comfortable to hold and sturdy. The pans heat evenly and quickly on my electric flat-top stove. The slope of the slides is nice, making it easy to get at the food to turn it. What I don't like is that EVERYTHING sticks. Everything. I'm an experienced cook, and all of the skills normally used to prevent foods from sticking (not cooking too hot or too fast; cooking thoroughly; heating any oils to the correct temperature, etc.) are useless with these pans. Don't recommend ever using no-stick spray on these. It discolors the pan and requires a good hot soak plus baking soda and vinegar to get them clean. Forget the dishwasher, as it has no effect whatsoever when it comes to cleaning the pans. If you are willing to invest in high quality dish soap, a good cleaning pad, have the patience of Job, and are willing to accept that at least 10% of whatever you cook is going to stay in the pan, then these are good.
