I haven't had a scale in years and only knew my weight when I got my physical but the older I get, the more I know I need to stay healthy and be more fit. I wanted to track my strength training goals vs losing weight, which is not my goal. I reviewed a lot of different scales/fitness apps and settled on this one since it was cost effective and I'd only be using every few months to track all the body data it has.I've had it for a few months and really like it! Is it accurate? For some of the body measurements that you can math out on your own, yes! Others, well, who knows but I do feel it is accurate enough. I feel like all 13 body measurements are realistic and really help and motivate me to continue on my fitness journey. Each measurement has a short description so you know what the measurement is all about. I like that it's so slim and easy to stow away. It came with two batteries so that was nice as I did not have any batteries on hand. The App was easy to download. I had no issues with connectivity via bluetooth. I like that it has a graph on it to track over time and also shows if you're in a low, middle, or high range and percentage, so there are various visual ways to view your progress, which I really appreciate. You can add other users, which is nice as well.I think if you're looking for a simple but comprehensive fitness scale/app, this product will do the trick!UPDATE 11/23/21: So far, so great! I just had my physical and in terms of weight, body fat %, and BMI, the scale measured the exact same numbers my doctor got. I also asked my doctor about some of the measurements and she felt they weren't too far off. This scale is still a great addition to my overall fitness and health journey and glad I got it!

This is still new to us. Both my wife and I use it but not every day. We use it for body weight and body water.So far, we like it.

Takes a little while to set up on your phone but once you do it works great. You can use it between many different people and it gives you an outlook at all if your fat, weight skeletal muscle, and BMI and many more. Also you can set your target weight and it will keep track of all of it. Finally the one star down, for it to go into the app I'm using on my phone it has to be open and active for it to be recognized.

We have been using this for a few months, and I really enjoy how easy it is to track my weight loss. I have to remember to take my socks & shoes off, as this scale needs skin contact to measure other body indexes.Not a negative, but I have to be sure to close out the app on my phone before my wife steps on the scale, so that it keeps track of our weight separately!

Bought as a Christmas gift and he loved it

The media could not be loaded.  I already have a digital weight scale that I used to measure my body weight everyday. There is nothing wrong with that. It gives correct reading but it is old hence has not enough functionalities. I wanted to upgrade to the smart one that can store my weight readings automatically. I ordered this after comparing various scales on amazon. I found its reviews better and price cheaper or equal to other similar products. I am using this now over a month and experience no issues. It is maintaining the history of my weight and it also gives several other measurements. I tested the weight results with my old one and both scales give the same reading hence I can say that it weigh body weight correctly. The other measures are good to know I am learning. My seeing my body fat ratio gives me some stress as well as motivation to achieve my target weight. Fitdays app is very easy to find and working fine. I am enjoying this product. Thumbs up.

This scale is amazing and the app on my iphone is super easy to use. I am not sure how it does it, but in addition to body weight, it also measures BMI, body fat%, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, bone mass, water% and a few more other measurements. I've always wondered how my body is tracking as I diet down and progress on my workouts. This scale and app makes it easier as it provides trend analysis. Also, each user can download the app on their own phone device and have a tracker for themselves. Happy with the purchase.

I'm not the healthiest guy in the world. And I'm also not crazy overweight. But I'm not skinny either. So the scale calling me fat is ok by me. I honestly don't know how accurate this is. But I've gone on and off a few times in the same time and gotten the same results. It seems to be working great. And does what I need. I don't know why someone would spend hundreds on a scale when this thing is doing everything for me. I have no major complaints as of now. A few stumbling blocks at the beginning with recording weight on the app. But otherwise I would buy this again.

This scale is more than just a standard scale. I was surprised how it is able to measure water content, fat composition and decided to get other family members to try going on it. It does reflect the various body types and serves as good baseline to monitor body changes going forward. Tried it for a few days and the charting function also helps confirm measurements are consistent.I tried getting my kid to go on it and the app says it is not able to detect the detailed measurements for kids under 10. Not an issue as it was just an experiment.

I have to say I was intrigued to see this unit abs how elegant it is sharing its data to Bluetooth and apple ios health app. Which I can’t see any changes and also it keeps giving me different readings. This is absolutely ridiculous. I demand my money back. Immediately refund my gift card balance. I didn’t just gain 2kg in 6 hours. And my body fat didn’t just change from 13.7 to 17%.This is rediculous send my money back and I advise don’t sell this product also bc it doesn’t give LBs only KG. This is false advertising pleaser amazon get my money back. I don’t want to deal with these types of shinanogena
