works fine... except it's too bright.
honestly, these are way too bright to be nightlights. I know it's a fine line to walk, and somewhat subjective - but it's bright enough to interfere with me sleeping, and mess with my night vision if I get up in the middle of the night. If the light were just focused down onto the wall, or the floor, that'd be one thing, but it bleeds out way too much. I need something like 1/3 the brightness, and much more reflected, less directed. really good idea, with the default light that fades up when it senses motion... not enough fine control over the light intensity to be useful to me, unfortunately.

These are handier than I ever imagined
I have purchased several of these. First I placed them in my house wherever I sometimes walk at night. Then I gave them as gifts to a number of my friends. This is an excellent gift for an older person to help them see at night. It is an item I didn't know I needed until I bought one, then a couple of others. Now I don't know what I ever did without them.

Good product. I have several.
Turns on quickly to motion, with a nice bright light. Turns off in about 30 seconds if no motion. Is Off in light times. Plugs into AC, so no batteries to worry about. What more could you want?

In spare bathroom seems to do the job
Not as sensitive as I would like it in the bathroom. Flipped it for some improvement. Could be a touch brighter, but it's nice at the deal price.
