I bought this to add flavor to my takeout if my restaurant was having a bad day. I’m not sure how it’s supposed to taste but I wouldn’t use this as a stand-alone seasoning. It doesn’t teaser good in my opinion. It dies add a salty taste but soy sauce tastes better.

I love to use this great sauce when cooking Thai food.
