It sucked the whole egg up and broke the yolk in the process.
It doesn't work like in the video. It sucked the yolk up and broke it in the process... it also sucked up the whites. It is useless. You have to pull it apart to clean it. The plastic part doesn't screw off. Don't bother.

Doesn't work, terrible to clean
For a long time I've used the plastic bottle trick to separate my egg yolks but I dont always have a bottle so I ordered this. It is way worse than using a bottle and I threw it away today. It sucks out half the white with the yolk, it busts the yolk frequently, if you try to use it for more than one yolk it often pours yolk back into your whites, and it is not very easy to clean. I literally used a bottle to separate 12 yolks today with no trouble. I was unable to do 3 yolks with this one without yolk spilling.

Rip off the clear piece
Did not work at first but then I ripped off the clear piece and it works like a charm wort the money would buy agin

Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do
This doesn’t work. It breaks the yolk into the egg whites and then sucks up the whole thing. I looked at someone else’s review to take off the clear piece to get it to not pop the yolk and it still doesn’t work right. Would not recommend.

Does Not Work
This egg separator didn't work for me. It broke the egg yolk or sucked up the entire egg. I am disappointed.
