How many nasal pillows in the order? It states 7 but people are posting only receiving 1 - if that's truly correct - they are cheaper on ebay

Mine only came with one in my order. I did not see where it said 7.

Yes, I use this on my older Philips machine and my newer Philips unit

Will these pillows work with resmed s9 unit?

Yes. I have one and they work well. Just make sure to change your mask type as "Nasal Ultra" in the settings.

They work great, I wish they lasted longer as they are not cheap for a piece of molded silicone. I get about 3 months then they start leaking due to lack of seal on nostrils as the material ages and stiffens.
