Well made, came with minor damage
The entire stick plays and feels amazing. I genuinely couldn't come up with a complaint, but there is a small bit of damage to the end of the cue thats been there since I got it

Poor quality
After 3 uses the shaft started flaking very disappointing especially careing the Viper name. Can not contact anyone for a refund or a better replacement

I love it
This pool cue is fantastic. The design on it is beautiful, but most importantly I play a lot better with it than I do with a house stick. My husband and I play a few times a week at a billiards club and for the most part I just use the house cues. I have tried graphite cues, but they just don't feel right. The hardwood design of the Raven is very smooth. If you buy this cue you will be very happy.On another note, Amazon customer service is outstanding. There was a mistake with the first order, (I got a steam cleaner instead of the pool cue) and I called customer service and the problem was taken care of immediately. They put a new order in and I received the cue the very next day. The service representative I spoke with was very friendly and within a few minutes she had everything taken care of.I have been ordering from Amazon for a long time and will continue to do so. If you purchase frequently from Amazon then Amazon Prime is a must. I have saved a bunch of money with Prime, especially with my Kindle.

Works great until it don't
Tip broke after using it almost every Friday for about 4 months. I'm not an aggressive hitter and it just flew off. Before that the stick seemed to be pretty good quality for the price.

Es un taco bien diseñado con buen peso completamente derecho tiene muy buena empuñadura y la punta es de piel MH o H pero excelente, lo recomiendo ampliamente
