First I just want to say, why do they say flavors? I thought these would be scented because of that. They kind of smell like nutmeg but not chocolate, strawberry, aloe vera, or lavender. They should've just said blue, green, pink, and brown.This is pretty fun to play with. I got it, and immediately started using it. Mine had all 4 bags of wax, and 50 popsicle sticks. I like the handle on the removable bowl, it just seems a little bit safer, even though I left it in the warmer the whole time I used it. The wax seemed to work pretty well. I let my facial hair grow out a little after I bought this so I waxed my upper lip, my chin, and between my eyebrows. It took me a few times, but the majority of the hair came up with the wax. I did have to tweeze a few hairs though, which was expected.Now my problems with it. Mine took about 15 minutes on high just to melt a layer covering the bottom of the bowl. I wouldn't say that's as fast as all the other reviews make it sound. Unless it was kept on high, which was hot enough to burn, it wasn't very pliable. It also didn't seem to hold heat very well. The popsicle sticks that came with it we're just floating around my box, and most of them are chipped up. There was a rubber band at the bottom of the box, but even then it kind of seems messy when they included so many. The box mine came in was beat up pretty bad, even though the outter Amazon box wasn't. The removable metal bowl is scratched up. I do not know if it's just from how tight of a fit it is to get it in the machine, or if it's from the screw thats holding the stationary bowl in there rubbing against it.

So happy with this product! The warmer works great, & it warmed a lot faster than anticipated. The box was damaged but didn't effect the product quality. However, the wax was not very good quality itself. It smelled awful & it took 3 of the 4 bags to do just my legs (I reused one of the bags too). It left stubble along with several other spots. Overall, it is a fantastic product & I definitely recommend it! I will definitely be comparing other waxes.

I just got it today and it's gotten so hot that i'm sure it stopped working right. I let the wax beads melt and then turned the heat down and it was on for maybe an hour. Whenever I mixed it or got some wax, it was bubbling on the stick on medium heat. I went to turn it off and knob just kept turning. I had to unplug it to turn it off and I don't think I can actually keep using it. Love how it worked the first time the wax warmed up it got every hair. After a couple of warn up it works but it just takes a few times over before all of the hair is off. But with this type of wax u can go over many times without any reaction I love it. I use it for my whole face.

The machine works well, about 20 minutes to get the wax to liquid form. But the wax that it comes with is really bad. It doesn't come off all the way (pictures). I don't mind using my own wax, just thought I should mention it. Still a good machine. And it also comes with popsicle sticks and instructions

Got it sooner than expected! Got to love Prime!! The amazon box was neat but the actual product box was a little beat up! All the waxes are there the product looks good can’t wait to try it out

Painful didn’t work well at all with or with out waxing paper just don’t waist your time unless you really know what your doing

good product, I always go out for wax treatment, now, I save my money. love this. highly recommend.
