Tastes amazing and is perfect for this hot summer
I have no clue why they discontinued this flavor on their website. It really is one of the best. I got 6 tubs a month ago and I am already down to 4

A Great Tasting, Hydrating Drink Mix
This is an excellent drink mix that is even better than what you might expect. This is a great tasting, easy to use drink mix that is refreshing & thirst quenching. The first thing you will notice when buying this, is that it has almost TOO MUCH flavor. This isn’t a bad thing, as this means you could use less mix per every 16oz serving and stretch out the “30 servings” to almost 60, or you could use a full scoop for a 24oz serving instead as I find that to be the best balance in the flavor. The lemonade flavor is very prominent, and I am surprised at how good it is as it’s a unique lemonade taste I haven’t really tasted before. Most lemonade flavors are either way too sweet or way too sour, but this one somehow manages to be right in the middle as it has the right amount of sweetness and sourness to it.In the time I have been drinking both the lemonade and mango flavors of this product, I have felt way more refreshed and hydrated than I have previously. I feel more focused, concentrated and healthier. Maybe this is the electrolytes/vitamins playing a role, but I really do feel better since I began drinking these products.Overall, if you are looking for a good hydrating drink mix, whether for a workout, a gaming session, watching TV, or any other use, then you can’t go wrong here. This is one of the best drink mixes I have used in a long time and I highly recommend it.Thanks for reading.

Too sweet, contains sucralose
First off, It does seem to help with cramping, I do get a tendency to get cramps on longer, high intensity bike rides. I bought this not realizing it was sweetened with an artificial sweetener, sucralose. I don't normally use artificial sweeteners. Actually I don't buy products that are artificially sweetened unless by error, which was the case here. That was my error but it's not easy to notice in the add or on the label with super small type. Anyway, since I had it, I went ahead and tried it. In my opinion, it's also needlessly sweet. I find this sweetness unpleasant especially during an activity, it's very sweet. It also doesn't completely dissolve leaving quite a bit of product left over. As far as the value, It's a dollar per serving, If it works for you and you're okay with artificial sweeteners, then maybe the expense is worth it, for myself, I won't be using this again.

Just FYI, this is NOT a SPORTS DRINK.
So, I made the mistake of ordering this thinking this would be a good electrolyte replenishing drink for running. You see, I sweat a LOT. It's so bad, that I often have to take my shirt off mid run for my sweat to evaporate off faster, but it still seems that no matter what, even in colder weather, my body just knows how to SWEAT. After an hour long run, I'll sit out to cool off and my body has crystallized white salt residue everywhere. I know I need a heavy duty electrolyte drink, but I only need it for my long 10+ mile runs. I stop 5 miles to replenish with water and a gel.So, I bought this thinking it would work, but then I checked the label afterwards and realized there isn't nearly as much electrolytes like Na, K, and Ca to replenish what I lose. It has a lot of B vitamins, which I don't understand. And almost zero sugars, which makes sense for the intended purpose of this drink. But, for a runner, you want more electrolytes, and more sugars. Regardless, I gave this drink a go.It tastes nice. A really good flavor. I take it before my 6 mile runs just to see how it makes me feel. It doesn't seem to do much for me. Taking it in between my really long runs also feels ordinary. However, my wife, who plays a lot of pickleball, loves the drink. She's been drinking it while playing pickleball all day, and on her tournaments, and she feels that it really perks her up. Even today, she's at a tournament, and hadn't slept that well the night before, and she said taking that seemed to boost her energy levels. She wasn't tired and strung out through out the day. So, she really likes it. But, she doesn't sweat much, and playing doubles pickleball isn't like running. It's not that much of a workout. She knows that too, since she also runs.Anyways, just realize, this is not a good sports hydration drink. But, if you're wanting to try something to quench your thirst throughout the day, this might be a good replacement to regular old water. For a sports hydration drink, I guess you could always add your own NaCl and glucose. NaCl is in every kitchen, and although glucose might not, you could always just add some table sugar. But, for a $1 a drink, you might as well just start buying potassium and calcium powders, and just making your own sports drink.

Delicious, healthy hydration drink mix
This hydration drink mix is sugar-free, has no caffeine, zero calories & no fillers, just electrolytes, vitamins & minerals with a lemonade flavor. It does sort of have that sugar-free after taste to me, but it’s still really delicious & the 5.92 oz (168 g) container is a portable small size that’s convenient to take with you. I drink this all the time, even more my than my coffee (which I love, love, love). This hydration drink is a must because it quenches your thirst & provides necessary electrolytes too!I drink this in a huge 32oz cup, throughout my work shift (since plain water just isn’t my thing & not drinking water for 8 hrs makes me feel very thirsty by the end of my work shift). The label says: Scoop. Shake. Drink. So if you have a shaker cup, you can mix it that way, too. It comes with a little scooper to scoop the powder into your water. There’s exactly 30 servings & FYI: There’s a warning on the label that it’s not recommended to drink more than 8 servings within 24 hrs. This hydration drink mix is an affordable price for it being so healthy for you. I highly recommend you try this because it’s better for you compared to those other hydration electrolyte drinks that contain a lot of sugar.
