Does it come with screws

No. Only the screws in it all ready. The Speakers come separate with there own screws!

Im pushing 3500.1 amp will this box handle the power and the subwoofers audiopipe 2 12inch 750 rms each

ok, assuming it's the TXX-BDC2 12 Subwoofer (the only Audiopipe subs that are 750W RMS) you're going to blow the subs, you're overpowering them by way too much, nothing wrong with that but they won't last that long. 2 for the price of the subs and everything i can tell from the audiopipe site these are decent subs, and based off the reviews of this specific box you arnt going to do them any justice, personally for the best overall quality/bang for your buck and longer life i would go with a Qbomb or skar prefab. this is solely because of the amount of SPL that will be created by overpowering the subs. if you're ok with hearing the wood in the box itself flex id go with another option. if you have the T/S parameters I'd recommend going to another site like Sound Solutions Audio or down4sound.
