ONLY pillow cases
Overall I really like this product, however I didn't realize they were only the pillow cases. The cases are very soft. To fill them I used stuffing from 2 of my older pillows I had around the house. I'm sure you could buy stuff at Walmart as well. If you have pillow you want to stuff it with, make sure that it white or some other light color, as it will be seed through the cases.
