I had this product on 5 stars because it was just "perfect", but ran into a few issues. My issues were with LG devices not charging properly, and while looking for support I ran into some issues. It seems that Bototek support is working again and they replaced the faulty unit.

Nice and smart layout of ports and outlets. I operate from home and for all my electronics I used two power strips. Many of them have been able to use the usb plugs that this power strip has enabled to need only one. It was packaged well and the cord is long. I plan to buy another one and I strongly suggest this high-quality item.

Even after purchasing 3 of these, I still find I am carting one outside to listen to the ball game while I do computer work, or need phone or iPad recharge.Working from home office does have great advantage, yet, still need alternate room electronic support when tired of sitting at desk to do it all. Certainly not enough regular outlet availability these days, with required surge protection.Sure needed when traveling out is state to visit parents. Working from portable home office, once again has its perks (but also a whole house full of pre-occupying list of needs to complete when popping out to get more coffee, a convenient bite to eat, or just using own bathroom. Ugh! So, those are the not so goods when working from home. 😬Still, this product has made GREAT convenience and trustworthiness.

This power strip caught ON FIRE! With only two appliances plugged in. Isn’t the whole point of a surge protector to flip off instead of erupting in flames?!? What if I wasn’t there to put it out? There are people who get these for automatic appliances like coffee makers in the morning. The whole point is to protect against fires. Don’t risk it!!

It is very easy to carry for tracking. ‘Cause it is not huge size. My old one did not contain the usb, I have to look for every where for my iPhone adapter. Now it is very convenient to charge my 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. Only one thing I just think, if you can offer the plast safety cover for other holes will be perfect. My little is very curious with it. He always wants to try put his fingers into the holes. But, never mind, I have figured out another way to avoid this situation— I put it on a high desk :-)

I purchased two of these. They are well designed and functional. Having three “regularly spaced” 110/120 volt plugs plus one segrated to accommodate a larger transformer plug plus four USB ports makes this versatile and useful! Unlike competing power strips, the power cord is adquetly long for most uses. I love them! I find uses for all of the outlet types. This power strip costs a little more than some others but they offer increased utility in exchange.

I received this the end of August. It stopped working a few weeks ago (beginning of Dec.). The outlets for charging phones, iPads, etc started working intermittently in Nov. Now, they work for less than a minute. So, worth the money spent - I think NOT,

I like this surge protector. Has everything I need although, I have not used the charger ports yet. So far so good but I have only had a week or 2 so to early to say much but it is working, feels solid but I did not see anyway of hanging it on the way but I did not have a spot anyway. I will buy a second one. I wish they carried the same in black. I would recommend.
