Additional BP Cuff
Our BP cuff had an average size sleeve that fit me well as I have an average size bicep. However when my hubby took his blood pressure it came out high! I realized then that the BP cuff was too small for the size of his bicep. I looked on line for a sleeve to add to our portable machine and stumbled upon this one. It fit the machine and works perfectly. Now if we want to check our BP we just switch out to the correct size cuff.

Awkward fit
I cant verify the accuracy till I take it to my doctors to compare. Its a very awkward fit cause the "plastic strap guide" is so very large and makes it very cumbersome to use. I get alot of read errors till I adjust it tighter. The readings seem lower than the one I replaced which was a med size.

Good Choice
I was having trouble using the cuff sent with the meter the VA gave my husband. This one fits that meter and works perfextly.

Too wide!
Overall I like this cuff, but at about 7 & 1/4 inches, I find it too wide. In other words, using proper placement of the cuff between my elbow and shoulder area, the cuff barely fits on me as well as my husband. The circumference of the cuff is great, but the width should be shorter. My husband is about 6'1" and feels he has standard issue arms! Ha! Ha! He very much prefers the width of the cuff that came with our A&D monitor, which measures 6 inches wide.Pros:Accurate readingGreat fit for larger armsEasy to useCons:Too wide at 7 1/4"! This review is about the suplier, not the product. I am giving a one because I cannot do a ZERO. The cuff would not work with my old monitor. The supplier Honest Medical answered my email through Amazon and told me they needed to get a return authorization from their shipping department, which could take up to 4 business days. As of this day, I have not heard another word, nor an email from them, thus the zero for a rating. The maker of the cuff A & D di respond but could not give a refund, since I did not get it directly from them. I cannot in good faith recommend doing business with Honest Medical.
