We gave these to my college daughter for Christmas. The wireless earbuds worked well for about a month and then one earbud stopped working. She was at college so I tried reaching out hoping to just exchange them but never heard anything back. She just came home this weekend and tried reaching out prior to getting them back in order to make an exchange but I did not hear a word. I order a ton of items on Amazon and haven't had any issues up until this purchase. If it was a $10-20 pair, not big deal, I would throw them away and just buy another pair but I read the reviews and comments prior to purchasing and wanted to buy a good set for her to work out in. Disappointed.

While the sound quality is quite good, the quality of the product is horrible. The plastic they use for the housing is too fragile. I bought my first pair in November of 2017. By January of 2018, the plastic where the two pieces of the housings connect had chipped and cracked away, causing one of the earbuds to separate. I was able to return that pair. After searching around, decided to try these again, thinking that it couldn't happen again. Here it is, 2 months later and again, the plastic is chipping and cracking yet again, and this time, I can't get a refund.

Sound is great and love that i can use 1 at a time and can use either one by itself. At work I don't like to have both ears covered because of not being to be able to hear about things like possible fires or other things. I've only used them about 10 times and I can walk pretty far from my phone while the connection stays. I would say about 30 yards. Only complaint is that when I put them in they are comfortable and I've tried to see if they'll come loose, but they don't until they're in for about 15-20 minutes then they seem to begin to fall out and have fallen completely out. Scared if they hit the wrong surface they may break. I've tried a few different sizes of the rubber pieces and they all seem the same. I'm a little nervous to use them for jogging when the weather gets nicer around here.

The 5 star rating is a bit misleading. No way does this product deserve a 5 star rating - however the company offers you a free carrying case for your phone if you give them one. Not very ethical in my opinion.Pros: sound quality is good. The 2nd generation has a much more stable connection than the 1st gen. The sound quality is clear and they give a good amount of volume. Great value. They fit in my ear well and the noise cancelling in is exceptional due to the fit. They are perfect when I am travelling. Also, the customer service when I emailed the company concerning the first version was exceptional.

I decided to 'treat' myself to a Christmas present this year and get wireless earbuds so I could listen to music at work and not have an cord getting in the way of my typing. I decided on the IOUIOU because the reviews seemed to be the best of all the ones I looked at. I wish now I would have bought a cheaper brand, they probably would have lasted longer.After just 3 months, the left ear bud won't hold a charge at all, I put it in and in less than 5 minutes it's out of a charge. The right ear bud I have to have the volume all the way up just to barely hear the music. I tired looking for some trouble shooting help but there is nothing in the manual and nothing that can be found online.I paid $60.00 for these and as far as I'm concerned it's $60.00 down the drain.

For a month, the earbuds were pretty decent for the sound, case, and size. Months down the road, and no overuse whatsoever, the right bud stopped working and the left one started coming apart, as referenced in pictures by another review I've seen on here.If that weren't enough, good luck in contacting the seller. I am still under warranty, but past the 30 days that Amazon will refund/replace. I had to contact Amazon, regardless, since the seller never got back to me.Lesson learned...just spend the money and get something more reputable.

I too was deceived by the high ratings. The power button is stuck on this pair. Now they are completely useless. Unfortunately I purchased these in November as a Christmas gift so my option to return has passed. I also want to say on the receiving end of a phone call they were a hint distant and fuzzy sounding. Their voice seemed so far away even when someone else in their home talked to me using the buds. They were wrapped for Christmas for a month and used for a month. And now broken? I am so embarrassed! Don’t buy these earbuds.
