Sure, it’s more than salt and pepper, but it didn’t take anything away from the rich full flavor of the brisket. I seasoned a 15lb brisket about 24 hours before I put it in the pit and it turned out amazing. I used about 1/2 of the large bottle and it was just right. Personally, I like this better than just salt and pepper for my brisket.

First time using this one.I used Lanes Scorpion rub for brisket,tri-tip & steak,before trying this.both are great.What I like about Lanes their product doesn't make your food taste salty.

Used SPG as a base on my brisket then finished off the seasoning with this. Cam out great! Would recommend.

I love this seasoning mix. I have a soy allergy and my husband can’t have onions, so it’s rare to find a good seasoning blend we can both have. This makes meat fantastic, but I also like it sprinkled in a salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or on potatoes.

This is ridiculous, I can't return the product. The seal is broken and moisture is in the spice (see the clumping).
