this is the 4th pair ive bought . i have plantar fasciitis in my right foot . extremely painful . i am in workboots all day on a concrete floor. i am a big guy 270lbs and these insoles take away 98% of the pain and depending what i am working on 100% . i literally cant function without them . good job

they work well so far i do allot of walking stairs etc knees stopped pain after a day

I am a Union Plumber and I carry heavy loads on my feet all day at work. I tore my planter facia last spring. I tried almost all the over the counter insoles and even had cortisone shots in my foot from a podiatrist. No matter what even when the pain subsided it always felt like I had a lump under my heel/arch area on my right foot after standing in place for even one minute. The longer I stood, the more pronounced and annoying it became. I tried all the Dr Scholl's brand inserts for planter facia and nothing worked. I honestly almost gave up and said to myself that I would have to live with this discomfort for the rest of my life or have surgery. I took a complete shot in the dark when I purchased these insoles. I had ZERO expectations after all of the other different insoles I have tried already and threw in the garbage soon after.I wore these insoles for 10+ hours a day when I first got them. I know that's not what you're supposed to do and you're supposed to get "used" to them slowly, but I work on my feet all day in construction and I could not bring myself to put the old ones back in my boots. While there was some discomfort(no more than I was already feeling), I noticed at the end of the third or forth day that all the muscles in the back of my calf/knee/thigh area were sore from being stretched out. After one week of wearing these insoles the discomfort in my right foot started to subside while standing. I honestly thought it was a fluke or I was dreaming, and my discomfort would return in a few days but it has NOT. It has only gotten BETTER now that I am on my third week of wearing these insoles. I bought 2 more pairs to make sure I don't have to swap them between footwear now and I can confidently say that these insoles are a lifesaver. I could have probably gotten the same result with prescribed orthotics, but those would have cost me hundreds of dollars for one pair.So lets recap - I thought the issue was my FOOT, but it was actually all the muscles in the back of my leg that slowly tightened up over time due to bad pronation, stance or whatever.. this directly affected my plantar facia since its all connected.

These insoles DO make a difference, but not for athletic use or long walks or all day standing UNLESS, you wear them inside of rigid sole shoes. Rigid sole? Hold your shoe in both hands and level to the ground, attempt to bend the shoe into a "u" shape, making the toe end point upward and the heel end point upward. If the shoe resists strongly or does not bend into a "u" then it has a rigid sole; if it bends easily then it’s a non-rigid sole. Non-rigid soles do NOT provide support and relief of plantar fasciitis, therefore you should consider wearing only rigid-sole shoes. Yes these insoles do help, but you’re gonna want rigid-sole shoes first, and then add these insoles for the finishing touch for plantar fasciitis pain reduction and relief.

Didn’t know much about this product before ordering. I’m a postal worker on my feet over 10 hours a day 6 days a week. I go through insole quickly. I’ve had these for over a week so far and I am impressed. They are sturdy with and nice high arch for correcting my over pronation, deep heel with cushion for impact, and soft front sole for comfort. The only difference between these and other Insoles I buy is I had to cut these to size. We’ll see how long they last, but just out the box I’m super happy for now! Cheers.
