The first time I purchased Saint Joseph for a house I was having difficulty getting into contract, I buried it per the instructions said the small little prayer as needed. Before I could get into my car I had a call for a showing the next morning. By noon the next day, I had a contract signed, ready to go. The second time I had to order Saint Joseph, the day Saint Joseph arrived in the mail we received an offer.

Like most people I purchased this kit in hopes of selling my house. Needless to say it worked. Not sure if most folks believe this & that's okay, but when trying to sell a home trying something is better than nothing. I suppose it helped that I had a pretty nice home & it was clean and well maintained with new appliances...that said I still wasn't getting any offers even after lowering the asking price. So..long story short I made the purchase, followed the recommendations & within 2 weeks after burying the statue in my yard as the directions say to do, I received an offer. Now the St. Joseph statue has a place of honor in my home as a reminder of the assistance I received from him & as my way of thanking him for his help :-). Good Luck!

When you've done all you can to clean, prep and stage your home and it has been on the market a few weeks - consider enlisting the help of St. Joseph. I did and we received an offer 3 days later. We had only had first showings until I planted him head down next to the for sale sign. The next day we had a second showing and another second showing 2 days later followed by an offer the day after that. I never expected results that quickly, especially when views of the listing were decreasing. I just felt better feeling I had done everything I could to sell the house! Get it for the peace of mind, if nothing else ...

My realtor never heard of St Joseph Home selling kit. So when she put up the sign, she helped us bury him next to the sign and said our little St. Joseph Prayer. The first 12 days it rained all day and was windy so not many people were home shopping. As soon as the sun broke through, we had a cash buyer who gave us our offer. Then that evening a 2nd cash buyer came and backed up that offer. THIS WORKS!!!!! It also worked for my son about 11 years ago for his home. My realtor is not going to suggest this to her future clients!

An Italian friend of mine knew I had been trying to sell my house for 6 months. She asked me if I had tried St. Joseph.She told me the story so I went to Amazon and there it was! $7 wouldn't break the bank. Followed the directions and read the prayer every day. 2 weeks later accepted an offer! Dug him up that night Soon he will be sitting on the mantle in our new house. I recommend going on-line to find a better prayer. The one they send is NOT very good.

I purchased St Joseph to sell my house. Received it and didn’t open the package yet and the next morning i opened the package and my wife read the prayer. Believe this fact 5 minutes after reading the prayer there was a nock at the door where a man asked if this was the place that was for sale on the internet. All three off us in the room jaws dropped the man ended up buying the house! Scary ha? I believe in the power of prayer more now than ever.

I ordered this St. Joseph statue as a last resort. We had our house on the market for a year and half and had not had a lot of showings and not one offer. So my friend told me about this St Joseph statue and I thought what can it hurt at this point. We got it in the mail on Wednesday and went and buried it. The people looked at our house on Thursday and we sold it on Friday. I will always think it had something g to do with this statue. I’m a believer.
