Excellent quality product for baking. I have used this for four years to make frosting for my business. I will not use anything else. Worth every penny! No bad taste as other brand can have and mixes nice and smooth. Package arrived in great shape!

The best Meringe Powder there is! Usually this type of powder dries incredibly hard and when you bit down you would almost break a tooth. Well not with Genie's I swear it dries like a miracle but still is soft and melts away when you begin to chew. Worth every penny!

I use this brand to make all my royal icing. It is super easy to follow the directions and makes great consistency with good taste. It has never failed me yet! It makes great icing!

I purchased this meringue powder on the advice of several cookie decorating websites. I usually use real egg whites, but wanted a safer alternative (and not to have all those egg yolks left over). This powder worked well, and didn't have a strange flavor or leave any after taste. I also used a recipe with corn syrup for the first time. The cookies turned out great. The powder mixed in well and I had no problems.The only con I have is the cost. For one batch of frosting you use 4-5 tablespoons of powder. The bag says 10 "portions" of 1/3 cup.
