It's so hard to get a scale of things online! The whole box is 3 3/4 in. by 5 in.They work perfectly though! Even though the box is cardboard, it is perfect for storing the daubers, because the piece they plug into is made of an extremely dense foam, and it's very deep.

Only because these may be for children. Not sure but foam was breaking down after rubbing the edge of two cards with color.
